Rua Mat Villas consists of two homes, Villa Rua and Villa Mat. Each villa measures 150 sq.m. and can easily accommodate up to 10 persons – an accommodation capacity ideal for large groups of friends!
Entering the villa through its main entrance, we find the living room, which features a double sofa-bed and has a view of the swimming pool, the dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The villa has three bedrooms; two are equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom with a shower and can comfortably sleep 3-4 persons each. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be combined into a double and has an en-suite bathroom as well. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the swimming pool, and all three have access to the balcony.
The outdoor areas are the epitome of luxury; the villa has a private swimming pool, the water of which comes from a waterfall on the wall. There are also sunbeds, parasols, built BBQ and an outdoor dining area.
